CMT Bakery wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from a stubborn refusal to accept mediocre bread. Located on Cash School Road in the heart of Enville, we started as a one-oven operation and grew into the town's most trusted source for genuinely good baked goods.

Every morning, our team arrives before dawn. The sourdough ferments overnight. The croissants are folded by hand. The coffee beans are sourced from roasters who treat their craft as seriously as we treat ours. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is compromised.
